The work Full Cry; And The Kill by Henry Alken was auctioned at Christies in London in December 2015. It achieved a price of GBP 5,625.00 (€ 7,638.48), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 61%. Admittedly, works by Henry Alken have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work British Start For The Derby, 1847; And Cossack Winning The Derby, 1847 (Two Works) in December 2008 with an auction result of USD 80,500.00 (€ 57,834.61).

Die Arbeit Full Cry; And The Kill von Henry Alken kam im Dezember 2015 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 5.625,00 (€ 7.638,48) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 61%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Henry Alken auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit British Start For The Derby, 1847; And Cossack Winning The Derby, 1847 (Two Works) im Dezember 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 80.500,00 (€ 57.834,61).
