In October 2020 Sothebys in New York held the auction Contemporary Art, which included the work Dalles, Sable Et Eau, No. 7 Flagstones, Sand And Water, No.7 by Henri-Georges Adam. The »bidding war« ended at USD 630.00 (€ 540.91), 26% above the upper estimate. With this result, Dalles, Sable Et Eau, No. 7 Flagstones, Sand And Water, No.7 is even the most expensive work of art by Henri-Georges Adam that we have observed at auctions so far.
