Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Henri Benner achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in June 2017. In the Russian Art auction, the work Portrait of Princess Wolkonsky, née Beloselsky-Belozersky (1792-1862) sold for GBP 12,500.00 (€ 14,235.17) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Henri Benner have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait Of Grand Duke Nicholas Pavlovich, Later Emperor Nicholas I Of Russia (1796-1855), Circa 1821 in November 2018 with an auction result of GBP 75,000.00 (€ 84,597.72).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Henri Benner erzielte im Juni 2017 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Art wurde die Arbeit Portrait of Princess Wolkonsky, née Beloselsky-Belozersky (1792-1862) für GBP 12.500,00 (€ 14.235,17) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Henri Benner auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait Of Grand Duke Nicholas Pavlovich, Later Emperor Nicholas I Of Russia (1796-1855), Circa 1821 im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 75.000,00 (€ 84.597,72).
