Auction result misses estimated price range
In April this year a collector was able to acquire the work A Girl by He Sen for HKD 6,930.00 (€ 7,076.89). This price was achieved in the auction NO REGRETS: 20th/21st Century Art Online Sale at Christies in Hong Kong and was even below the estimate range of HKD 22,000.00 – 42,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by He Sen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cigarettes And Alcohol in April 2008 with an auction result of HKD 1,687,500.00 (€ 139,071.33).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A Girl von He Sen für HKD 6.930,00 (€ 7.076,89) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion NO REGRETS: 20th/21st Century Art Online Sale bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 22.000,00 – 42.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von He Sen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Cigarettes And Alcohol im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.687.500,00 (€ 139.071,33).
