Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work 'Afrikan Boy Sittin'' (from the series My Rockstars), 2013 by Hassan Hajjaj was sold in the Photographs auction at Sothebys in London in November 2021. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 3,024.00 (€ 3,550.46). Admittedly, works by Hassan Hajjaj have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Master Cobra Mansa in May this year with an auction result of USD 32,760.00 (€ 30,749.01).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit 'Afrikan Boy Sittin'' (from the series My Rockstars), 2013 von Hassan Hajjaj wurde im November 2021 in der Auktion Photographs bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 3.024,00 (€ 3.550,46) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hassan Hajjaj auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Master Cobra Mansa im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 32.760,00 (€ 30.749,01).
