A top price for Harry Morley - as previously expected
The work Covent Garden by Harry Morley was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2007. The price achieved of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 13,127.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Covent Garden is the most expensive artwork by Harry Morley that we have observed at auctions so far.
