This artwork by Hans Staudacher achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2019. In the Post-War & Contemporary Art auction, the work Seelenlandschaft (Soul Landscape) sold for EUR 16,250.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 9,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Hans Staudacher; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Illusion Wien 1949-51 (Illusion Vienna 1949-51) sold at auction in November 2019 with the realized price of EUR 32,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 81 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Hans Staudacher erzielte im November 2019 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Seelenlandschaft (Soul Landscape) für EUR 16.250,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 9.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Hans Staudacher; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Illusion Wien 1949-51 (Illusion Vienna 1949-51) im November 2019 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 32.500,00.
