This work without title by Hans Josephsohn was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Auction auction at Sothebys in London in October 2014. It achieved a price of GBP 37,500.00 (€ 47,882.08), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Hans Josephsohn - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled, 1987, which sold at auction in June 2020 for CHF 112,500.00 (€ 105,808.70).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Hans Josephsohn wurde im Oktober 2014 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 37.500,00 (€ 47.882,08) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Für andere Arbeiten von Hans Josephsohn mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Untitled, 1987 beobachtet, die im Juni 2020 für CHF 112.500,00 (€ 105.808,70) versteigert wurde.
