Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Hans Hammarskiöld achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in April last year. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, the work "Hon", 1966 sold for SEK 42,000.00 (€ 4,065.67) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 20,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Hans Hammarskiöld; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot "Spanska ridskolan", 1952 sold at auction in November 2020 with the realized price of SEK 44,000.00 (€ 4,301.31).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Hans Hammarskiöld erzielte im April letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wurde die Arbeit "Hon", 1966 für SEK 42.000,00 (€ 4.065,67) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 20.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Hans Hammarskiöld; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit "Spanska ridskolan", 1952 im November 2020 mit dem Hammerpreis von SEK 44.000,00 (€ 4.301,31).
