Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Coldharbour Moor, 1987 by Hamish Fulton was sold in the Made in Britain auction at Sothebys in London in September 2019. The price achieved of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,641.91) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Hamish Fulton have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled: Day 2, Wales England, Summer 1987 in April 2013 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 23,601.15).
