Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Haluk Akakçe could be acquired at Christies in Paris in May 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Collection Marion Lambert auction, the work Wish You Were Here changed hands for EUR 1,250.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Haluk Akakçe achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Incubation - Isolation - Transmission in April 2010 with an auction result of GBP 43,250.00 (€ 49,772.29).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Haluk Akakçe konnte im Mai 2021 bei Christies in Paris für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Collection Marion Lambert wechselte die Arbeit Wish You Were Here für EUR 1.250,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Haluk Akakçe erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Incubation - Isolation - Transmission im April 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 43.250,00 (€ 49.772,29).
