In the Modern American Art auction, the work Untitled (Georgian Landscape) sold for USD 32,760.00 (€ 29,673.91) - well above the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hale Aspacio Woodruff achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Picking Cotton in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 764,000.00 (€ 685,263.25).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Hale Aspacio Woodruff erzielte im April diesen Jahres bei Christies in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern American Art wurde die Arbeit Untitled (Georgian Landscape) für USD 32.760,00 (€ 29.673,91) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hale Aspacio Woodruff erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Picking Cotton im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 764.000,00 (€ 685.263,25).
