Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Naples II by Guy Yanai was auctioned at Phillips in New York in March this year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 5,080.00 (€ 4,672.55). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Guy Yanai achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bompard Interior in July this year with an auction result of GBP 88,200.00 (€ 102,902.67).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Naples II von Guy Yanai kam im März diesen Jahres bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 5.080,00 (€ 4.672,55) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Guy Yanai erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bompard Interior im Juli diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 88.200,00 (€ 102.902,67).
