Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Guy Bardone achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in July this year. In the British and European Art auction, the work 'Grande neige' sold for GBP 2,304.00 (€ 2,688.07) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Guy Bardone; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in January 2006 with the realized price of USD 4,560.00 (€ 3,750.62).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Guy Bardone erzielte im Juli diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion British and European Art wurde die Arbeit 'Grande neige' für GBP 2.304,00 (€ 2.688,07) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Guy Bardone; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Januar 2006 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 4.560,00 (€ 3.750,62).
