Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fille En Robe Bleu by Gustave Jacquet was sold in the Christie's Interiors auction at Christies in New York in February 2013. The price achieved of USD 5,000.00 (€ 3,822.92) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gustave Jacquet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work French la Bienvenue in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 375,000.00 (€ 315,179.02).
