Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2021 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Art + Design, which included the work "Blue vase" by Gulam Rasool Santosh. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 180,000.00 (€ 17,558.25), 20% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Gulam Rasool Santosh have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in March 2014 with an auction result of USD 149,000.00 (€ 108,151.27).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2021 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Art + Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Blue vase" von Gulam Rasool Santosh zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 180.000,00 (€ 17.558,25) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gulam Rasool Santosh auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 149.000,00 (€ 108.151,27).
