Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

The work Dining Chair by Greta Magnusson Grossman was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in July 2015. Here, the upper estimate of USD 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 1,625.00 (€ 1,473.52). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Greta Magnusson Grossman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Pair Of Side Tables in July 2015 with an auction result of USD 23,750.00 (€ 21,536.09).

Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen

Die Arbeit Dining Chair von Greta Magnusson Grossman kam im Juli 2015 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 1.625,00 (€ 1.473,52) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Greta Magnusson Grossman erzielen.
