In May 2007 Christies in Milan held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art, which included the work Eclissi by Grazia Toderi. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 10,540.00 32% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Grazia Toderi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Random, which sold at auction in May 2011 for EUR 29,550.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 32 % übertroffen
Im Mai 2007 führte Christies in Mailand die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Eclissi von Grazia Toderi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 10.540,00 und damit 32% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Grazia Toderi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Random beobachtet, die im Mai 2011 für EUR 29.550,00 versteigert wurde.
