Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Grazia Toderi could be acquired at Sothebys in Milan in November 2011 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea & Identita’ Italiana un’Importante Collezione Privata auction, the work Semper Eadem changed hands for EUR 15,000.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 18,000.00 – 25,000.00. Other works by Grazia Toderi have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in May 2011 by the work Random at EUR 29,550.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Grazia Toderi konnte im November 2011 bei Sothebys in Mailand für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea & Identita’ Italiana un’Importante Collezione Privata wechselte die Arbeit Semper Eadem für EUR 15.000,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 18.000,00 – 25.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Grazia Toderi wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Mai 2011 die Arbeit Random mit EUR 29.550,00.
