Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2014 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction The Classic Sale, which included the work Villa d´Este at sunset by Gottfrid Kallstenius. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 32,000.00 (€ 3,379.56). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gottfrid Kallstenius - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Young couple in love, garden scene from Grez, France, which sold at auction in June 2019 for SEK 130,000.00 (€ 12,377.67).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2014 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion The Classic Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Villa d´Este at sunset von Gottfrid Kallstenius zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 32.000,00 (€ 3.379,56) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Gottfrid Kallstenius mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Young couple in love, garden scene from Grez, France beobachtet, die im Juni 2019 für SEK 130.000,00 (€ 12.377,67) versteigert wurde.
