Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Solnedgång vid min brygga" (Sunset by my jetty) by Gottfrid Kallstenius was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in June 2020. It changed hands for a price of SEK 48,000.00 (€ 4,590.15) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of SEK 40,000.00 – 50,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gottfrid Kallstenius - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Young couple in love, garden scene from Grez, France, which sold at auction in June 2019 for SEK 130,000.00 (€ 12,377.67).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Solnedgång vid min brygga" (Sunset by my jetty) von Gottfrid Kallstenius kam im Juni 2020 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von SEK 48.000,00 (€ 4.590,15) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 40.000,00 – 50.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Gottfrid Kallstenius mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Young couple in love, garden scene from Grez, France beobachtet, die im Juni 2019 für SEK 130.000,00 (€ 12.377,67) versteigert wurde.
