Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

It achieved a price of USD 8,287.50 (€ 8,233.98), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gottardo Fidele Ponziano Piazzoni - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Marin Hills, which sold at auction in October 2020 for USD 21,325.00 (€ 18,309.44).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
