Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Drawing No 4. 'Path Of Movement Of A Point' After K. Malevich (1922) by Goshka Macuga was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2010. The price achieved of GBP 4,750.00 (€ 5,676.24) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Goshka Macuga have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Madame Blavatsky in October 2015 with an auction result of GBP 37,500.00 (€ 52,453.13).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Drawing No 4. 'Path Of Movement Of A Point' After K. Malevich (1922) von Goshka Macuga kam im November 2010 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 4.750,00 (€ 5.676,24) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Goshka Macuga auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Madame Blavatsky im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 37.500,00 (€ 52.453,13).
