Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Golnaz Fathi was sold in the International Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Dubai in October 2010. Here, the upper estimate of USD 10,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 10,625.00 (€ 7,647.19). Admittedly, works by Golnaz Fathi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Unwritten in October 2007 with an auction result of USD 55,000.00 (€ 38,014.93).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Golnaz Fathi wurde im Oktober 2010 in der Auktion International Modern and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Dubai versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 10.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 10.625,00 (€ 7.647,19) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Golnaz Fathi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Unwritten im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 55.000,00 (€ 38.014,93).
