In the DESSINS ANCIENS ET DU 19EME SIECLE auction, the work Des Prêtres Sacrifiant Un Agneau Dans Un Paysage sold for EUR 1,560.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giuseppe Zocchi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Tiber River, Rome, looking towards the Castel Sant'Angelo, with Saint Peter's Basilica beyond in April 2017 with an auction result of USD 1,207,500.00 (€ 1,108,306.56).
