Sold at the lower estimate price
In May 2021 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Riverberi by Giuseppe Santomaso. The result of EUR 1,200.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giuseppe Santomaso achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Settembre alla mancia in November 2007 with an auction result of EUR 273,915.20.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Mai 2021 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Riverberi von Giuseppe Santomaso zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.200,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.600,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Santomaso erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Settembre alla mancia im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 273.915,20.
