Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Senza titolo by Giuseppe Gallo was sold in the 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale auction at Christies in Milan in December this year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 12,600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giuseppe Gallo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in November 2016 with an auction result of USD 367,500.00 (€ 347,419.17).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Senza titolo von Giuseppe Gallo wurde im Dezember diesen Jahres in der Auktion 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 12.600,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Gallo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 367.500,00 (€ 347.419,17).
