The work Numeri impazziti by Giuseppe Gallo was sold in the 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May this year. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 32,760.00 64% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giuseppe Gallo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in November 2016 with an auction result of USD 367,500.00 (€ 347,419.17).

Die Arbeit Numeri impazziti von Giuseppe Gallo wurde im Mai diesen Jahres in der Auktion 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 32.760,00 und damit 64% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Gallo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 367.500,00 (€ 347.419,17).
