This price was achieved in the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art Online at Bonhams and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of USD 2,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giuseppe Gallo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in November 2016 with an auction result of USD 367,500.00 (€ 347,419.17).

Die Arbeit Il Primo von Giuseppe Gallo war einem Käufer im Februar diesen Jahres USD 8.925,00 (€ 8.418,22) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art Online bei Bonhams erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von USD 2.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Gallo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 367.500,00 (€ 347.419,17).
