Auction result misses estimated price range
In October this year a collector was able to acquire the work 'Torkel' by Gittan Jönsson for SEK 7,500.00 (€ 635.17). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art & Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 8,000.00 – 10,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gittan Jönsson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Tennis" in May 2017 with an auction result of SEK 200,000.00 (€ 20,505.52).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit 'Torkel' von Gittan Jönsson für SEK 7.500,00 (€ 635,17) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gittan Jönsson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Tennis" im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 200.000,00 (€ 20.505,52).
