Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Hjulet 1" by Gittan Jönsson was sold in the BLÅ – A Life Estate H065 auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in October last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 16,000.00 (€ 1,464.06) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gittan Jönsson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Tennis" in May 2017 with an auction result of SEK 200,000.00 (€ 20,505.52).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Hjulet 1" von Gittan Jönsson wurde im Oktober letzten Jahres in der Auktion BLÅ – A Life Estate H065 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 16.000,00 (€ 1.464,06) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gittan Jönsson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Tennis" im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 200.000,00 (€ 20.505,52).
