This artwork by Gittan Jönsson achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2017. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, the work "Ska man ta P-piller eller bli med barn" sold for SEK 65,000.00 (€ 6,674.11) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 25,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gittan Jönsson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Tennis", which sold at auction in May 2017 for SEK 200,000.00 (€ 20,505.52).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Gittan Jönsson erzielte im Oktober 2017 bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wurde die Arbeit "Ska man ta P-piller eller bli med barn" für SEK 65.000,00 (€ 6.674,11) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 25.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Gittan Jönsson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Tennis" beobachtet, die im Mai 2017 für SEK 200.000,00 (€ 20.505,52) versteigert wurde.
