Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bimba pensierosa by Giovanni Panza was sold in the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo auction at Il Ponte in May 2016. The price achieved of EUR 330.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 300.00 – 400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giovanni Panza achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work L'arrivo dei pescatori in December 2001 with an auction result of ITL 8,575,000.00 (€ 7,707.00).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Bimba pensierosa von Giovanni Panza wurde im Mai 2016 in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo bei Il Ponte versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 330,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 300,00 – 400,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giovanni Panza erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit L'arrivo dei pescatori im Dezember 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 8.575.000,00 (€ 7.707,00).
