Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Piccoli Pescatori by Giovanni Panza was auctioned at Christies in Rome in November 2004. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 2,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,728.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Giovanni Panza - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work L'arrivo dei pescatori, which sold at auction in December 2001 for ITL 8,575,000.00 (€ 7,707.00).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Piccoli Pescatori von Giovanni Panza kam im November 2004 bei Christies in Rom zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 2.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.728,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Giovanni Panza mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit L'arrivo dei pescatori beobachtet, die im Dezember 2001 für ITL 8.575.000,00 (€ 7.707,00) versteigert wurde.
