Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Giovanni Migliara could be acquired at Il Ponte in May 2016 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work Scorcio di montagna sotto la neve changed hands for EUR 4,000.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 4,500.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giovanni Migliara achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mantova, Piazza Delle Erbe in June 2005 with an auction result of EUR 124,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Giovanni Migliara konnte im Mai 2016 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo wechselte die Arbeit Scorcio di montagna sotto la neve für EUR 4.000,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 4.500,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giovanni Migliara erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mantova, Piazza Delle Erbe im Juni 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 124.000,00.
