Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2016 a collector was able to acquire the work Scorcio con paese di montagna by Giovanni Migliara for EUR 5,000.00. This price was achieved in the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 7,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giovanni Migliara achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mantova, Piazza Delle Erbe in June 2005 with an auction result of EUR 124,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2016 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Scorcio con paese di montagna von Giovanni Migliara für EUR 5.000,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 7.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giovanni Migliara erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mantova, Piazza Delle Erbe im Juni 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 124.000,00.
