Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Buste D'Homme Barbu by Giovanni Battista Beinaschi was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in June 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 8,125.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giovanni Battista Beinaschi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Incredulity of Saint Thomas in December 2006 with an auction result of GBP 96,000.00 (€ 142,476.02).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Buste D'Homme Barbu von Giovanni Battista Beinaschi kam im Juni 2015 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 8.125,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giovanni Battista Beinaschi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Incredulity of Saint Thomas im Dezember 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 96.000,00 (€ 142.476,02).
