In the Old Master Pictures auction, the work Lot and his Daughters sold for GBP 20,400.00 (€ 30,194.97) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Giovanni Battista Beinaschi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Incredulity of Saint Thomas in December 2006 with an auction result of GBP 96,000.00 (€ 142,476.02).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Giovanni Battista Beinaschi erzielte im April 2005 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Old Master Pictures wurde die Arbeit Lot and his Daughters für GBP 20.400,00 (€ 30.194,97) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Giovanni Battista Beinaschi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Incredulity of Saint Thomas im Dezember 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 96.000,00 (€ 142.476,02).
