Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Natura morta by Giorgio Morandi was auctioned at Il Ponte in November last year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 33,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giorgio Morandi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Natura morta in May 2018 with an auction result of USD 4,332,500.00 (€ 3,712,510.71).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Natura morta von Giorgio Morandi kam im November letzten Jahres bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 33.000,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giorgio Morandi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Natura morta im Mai 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 4.332.500,00 (€ 3.712.510,71).
