Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2012 Sothebys in Milan held the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, which included the work Senza Titolo by Gilberto Zorio. It changed hands for a price of EUR 29,550.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 24,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gilberto Zorio achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in October 2016 with an auction result of GBP 281,000.00 (€ 313,042.51).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2012 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Senza Titolo von Gilberto Zorio zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 29.550,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 24.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gilberto Zorio erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 281.000,00 (€ 313.042,51).
