Die Arbeit Calicesigned And Dated 86; Mixed Media On Cardboard. von Gilberto Zorio kam im Oktober 2012 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 10.625,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gilberto Zorio erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 281.000,00 (€ 313.042,51).
