Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Cardinalino in piedi by Giacomo Manzù was sold in the 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale auction at Christies in Milan in December this year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 4,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 4,032.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giacomo Manzù achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Grande cardinale seduto in December 2000 with an auction result of GBP 421,750.00 (€ 671,843.98).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Cardinalino in piedi von Giacomo Manzù wurde im Dezember diesen Jahres in der Auktion 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 4.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 4.032,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giacomo Manzù erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Grande cardinale seduto im Dezember 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 421.750,00 (€ 671.843,98).
