Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work La famiglia riunita by Giacomo Mantegazza for EUR 4,000.00. This price was achieved in the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 4,500.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giacomo Mantegazza achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Italian Passa Il Re (The King Passes) in June 2009 with an auction result of GBP 44,450.00 (€ 52,160.58).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2015 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit La famiglia riunita von Giacomo Mantegazza für EUR 4.000,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 4.500,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giacomo Mantegazza erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Italian Passa Il Re (The King Passes) im Juni 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 44.450,00 (€ 52.160,58).
