Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Giacomo Mantegazza could be acquired at Il Ponte in April 2015 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work Figura femminile con abito rosso changed hands for EUR 500.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 600.00 – 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giacomo Mantegazza achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Italian Passa Il Re (The King Passes) in June 2009 with an auction result of GBP 44,450.00 (€ 52,160.58).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Giacomo Mantegazza konnte im April 2015 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo wechselte die Arbeit Figura femminile con abito rosso für EUR 500,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 600,00 – 700,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giacomo Mantegazza erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Italian Passa Il Re (The King Passes) im Juni 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 44.450,00 (€ 52.160,58).
