Estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2014 VAN HAM held the auction Dekorative Kunst, which included the work Das Rendezvous im Garten by Giacomo Mantegazza. Here, the estimate of EUR 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,290.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giacomo Mantegazza achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Italian Passa Il Re (The King Passes) in June 2009 with an auction result of GBP 44,450.00 (€ 52,160.58).
Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2014 führte VAN HAM die Auktion Dekorative Kunst durch, in der auch die Arbeit Das Rendezvous im Garten von Giacomo Mantegazza zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der Schätzpreis von EUR 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.290,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giacomo Mantegazza erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Italian Passa Il Re (The King Passes) im Juni 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 44.450,00 (€ 52.160,58).
