Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A view of a bay, Southern France by Germ de Jong was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in March 2007. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 700.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 720.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Germ de Jong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Stilleven Met Rooie Lap - A Still Life With Flowers And A Red Cloth in June 2001 with an auction result of NLG 32,900.00 (€ 15,813.28).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A view of a bay, Southern France von Germ de Jong kam im März 2007 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 700,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 720,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Germ de Jong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Stilleven Met Rooie Lap - A Still Life With Flowers And A Red Cloth im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von NLG 32.900,00 (€ 15.813,28).
