Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Studio Di Paesaggio Umbro by Gerardo Dottori was sold in the Modern & Contemporary Art auction at Sothebys in Milan in May 2011. It changed hands for a price of EUR 13,750.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gerardo Dottori achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Aerei-vele-lago in November 2010 with an auction result of EUR 164,600.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Studio Di Paesaggio Umbro von Gerardo Dottori wurde im Mai 2011 in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 13.750,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gerardo Dottori erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Aerei-vele-lago im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 164.600,00.
