This artwork by Gerardo Dottori achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Milan in November 2021. In the 20th/21st Century Milan Evening Sale auction, the work Ritmi astrali n. 2 sold for EUR 100,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 50,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Gerardo Dottori; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Aerei-vele-lago sold at auction in November 2010 with the realized price of EUR 164,600.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 100 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Gerardo Dottori erzielte im November 2021 bei Christies in Mailand einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th/21st Century Milan Evening Sale wurde die Arbeit Ritmi astrali n. 2 für EUR 100.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 50.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Gerardo Dottori; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Aerei-vele-lago im November 2010 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 164.600,00.
