Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2009 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Modern Art, which included the work Sans Titre, 1946 by Gérard Vulliamy. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 638.00. Admittedly, works by Gérard Vulliamy have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Violoniste III - 1948 in October 2014 with an auction result of EUR 2,860.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2009 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans Titre, 1946 von Gérard Vulliamy zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 638,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gérard Vulliamy auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Violoniste III - 1948 im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 2.860,00.
