This artwork by Gerard Traquandi achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Paris in May 2007. In the Un Certain Regard sur la Photographie auction, the work Sans titre (grappe de raisin), 1991 sold for EUR 1,440.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gerard Traquandi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sans Titre - 2004 in April 2017 with an auction result of EUR 14,950.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Gerard Traquandi erzielte im Mai 2007 bei Christies in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Un Certain Regard sur la Photographie wurde die Arbeit Sans titre (grappe de raisin), 1991 für EUR 1.440,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 600,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gerard Traquandi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sans Titre - 2004 im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 14.950,00.
